For her presentation, Harbour will share her expert insight on current changes and trends in manufacturing, including the geographical shifts in manufacturing throughout North America and how these trends impact manufacturers, particularly contract manufacturers and those serving the oil and gas industry.

“The outlook for manufacturing is positive, but there are headwinds with which companies must contend,” said Harbour. “At GFMC, we will examine those challenges and explain how companies can weather the current storms and position themselves for future success.”

Harbour founded HRI in 2005. HRI works primarily with small and medium-sized manufacturers to improve their business operations. HRI offers operations and strategic expertise and proprietary assessment programs to equip companies for unexpected economic and customer obstacles. Harbour has more than 20 years of experience in operational and financial advising.

For more than 40 years, GFMC has brought together economic forecasters, sales and marketing specialists and industry leaders from the manufacturing technology industry. These experts share their insight into the market factors that drive manufacturing, and attendees come away with knowledge and information they can apply to help their companies outpace the competition.
