EDWARDS MANUFACTURING ACQUIRED BY JPW INDUSTRIES
Edwards Manufacturing, headquartered in Albert Lea, MN, today announced it has reached an agreement to be acquired by JPW Industries, Inc. ® of La Vergne, TN.
JPW is a leading global designer, marketer and distributor of
branded metalworking and woodworking equipment and specialty shop tools sold under the JET ® , Powermatic ® , Wilton ® and Promac ® brand names. In addition to its La Vergne headquarters, the company has operations in Europe and Asia. It sells through a vast network of distributor partners worldwide.

With JPW’s professional sales and marketing capabilities, we expect to significantly strengthen and expand our position in existing and new markets.”
