Mitsubishi’s Newest Fiber Lasers and Press Brake Highlighted in MC Machinery Systems’ FABTECH Booth
Don’t miss the latest fiber lasers and press brake machines MC Machinery Systems, Inc. has to offer by visiting booth #C39033 at this year’s FABTECH conference. Held November 16-18, 2016 in Las Vegas, MC Machinery will display laser processing systems, press breaks and more.
New Additions to the Mitsubishi Zoom Fiber Laser Lineup—The eX-F Series with 8kW and the 6kW 6030 XLF
eX-F Series with 8kW
The newest eX-F Series fiber laser combines the best of both worlds: the top notch construction of the popular eX Series CO2 lasers and the power and reliability of fiber. In testing, the eX-F has demonstrated significant advantages over the conventional Mitsubishi LV-45CF-R CO2 laser in terms of performance and operating cost. Medium and thick-plate processing times were decreased by 44 percent and non-process times are cut in half with simultaneous nozzle cleaning and changing, height sensor calibration and gas purge during pallet changes. Now available with an 8kW resonator, the added advantages include:
- 10-45 percent improved cutting speed depending on the material
- Improved quality and thickness range cutting mild steel with nitrogen
- Faster piercing in thick plate stainless steel
- Powerful controls with standard features like automatic focusing, two-action processing, simple nesting and program editing making it easy for the operator.
6030 XLF with 6kW
The 6030 XLF features Mitsubishi’s ZOOM FIBER technology and will encompass a 58-ft by 22-ft footprint making it one of the largest laser systems ever displayed at a show. The large-scale laser is perfect for large parts manufacturing but it can also be utilized to replace smaller standalone machines due to the productivity gains achievable by the large work area. The pallet change system makes this a must see show product.
The latest offering in Press Brakes—135 Ton BH Hybrid Press Brake with Videre
The BH Series offers a newly developed Dual Drive System with improvements in productivity, high stop accuracy, and energy savings over conventional and other hybrid servo press brakes. This new technology allows high speed movement of the ram at 200 mm/s with stable repeat stop accuracy. Now featuring the Videre option which adds an intuitive operator assistant feature displaying vital information in front of the operator in a easily understandable & intuitive format.
Other machines in the booth include the BB 4013 electric press brake, the Elite XL-135-30 and Smart XL-135-30 hydraulic press break. There will also be demonstration on Remote 360, MC Machinery’s exclusive remote monitoring software.
