REGO-FIX Center for Machining Excellence Hosts SMTS Meeting and Reception

REGO-FIX USA welcomed more than two dozen guests and dignitaries to its Whitestown, Indiana, Center for Machining Excellence for a two-day Swiss Machine Tool Society (SMTS) meeting and reception held April 10-11. Organized by the Swiss American Business Council (SABC), the event highlighted Swiss product quality and recognized the role and contributions of “Swiss-made” manufacturing in North America.

Among the guests and officials present at the three-hour reception were Pascal Bornoz, Consul General of Switzerland in Chicago; Andreas Weber, Chairman of the Board, REGO-FIX AG Switzerland; and Thomas Soseman, SABC President and Chairman of the Board, who welcomed attendees to the event.

REGO-FIX General Manager for Latin America (LATAM) Bill Obras, who also serves as Director of Partnerships for the Center for Machining Excellence, addressed the purpose and vision of the Center for Machining Excellence and answered questions from reception guests.
