Ati Motors to Showcase Advanced Autonomous Mobile Robots at ProMat 2025

Visit Booth #S3380 to experience the Sherpa Lifter and Sherpa XT Lite, revolutionizing material handling and warehouse efficiency

Ati Motors, a global leader in AI and autonomous robotics, will be exhibiting its cutting-edge autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) at ProMat 2025, the premier event for manufacturing and supply chain professionals, taking place March 17-20, 2025 in Chicago, IL. Attendees are invited to booth #S3380 to witness firsthand the capabilities of the Sherpa Lifter and Sherpa XT Lite, two innovative solutions designed to streamline warehouse operations and enhance productivity.

Ati Motors’ Sherpa Lifter is an advanced AMR engineered to transport pallets, trolleys, racks, and magazines with ease. Its customizable design makes it compatible with tunneling, lifting, and roller top applications. The Sherpa Lifter is the world’s first lifter with a dual 3D LiDAR-

based natural navigation system, ensuring precise movement and obstacle avoidance. This advanced navigation system ensures precise movement and obstacle avoidance. With impressive specifications, the Sherpa Lifter measures 1200 x 800 x 275 mm, weighs approximately 350 kg, and can reach a maximum speed of 1.5 m/s. It boasts a lifting capacity of 1000 kg and a lifting stroke of 100 mm. The bi-directional travel capability enables efficient movement in tight spaces, while the long-lasting 48V NMC Lithium-Ion battery provides a 9-hour run time with a 2-hour charging time.

atiAlso on display will be the Sherpa XT Lite, an autonomous electric tug designed to move trolley payloads up to 1400 kg. This versatile AMR seamlessly integrates with existing workflows. The Sherpa XT Lite features auto un-hitch functionality and obstacle avoidance, ensuring smooth operations in various environments. With a maximum speed of 1.5 m/s, 100mm ground clearance, and compact size of 1395 x 640 x 1096 mm, the Sherpa XT Lite offers efficient performance in both indoor and outdoor settings. Its swappable 48V NMC Lithium-Ion battery provides an 8-hour run time, allowing for extended operation across multiple shifts. The Sherpa XT Lite can operate on inclines and handle twilight and dark mode operations.

Both the Sherpa Lifter and Sherpa XT Lite offer industry-leading features that set them apart in the material handling sector. They are Industry 4.0 ready, seamlessly integrating with Factory MIS and WMS systems. The natural navigation capability eliminates the need for infrastructure changes during implementation. These AMRs can operate in various light conditions, including twilight and dark environments, thanks to their adaptive lighting systems. Continuous software improvements are ensured through over-the-air (OTA) updates, keeping the robots at peak performance.

ATI Motors’ Fleet Manager provides comprehensive control and optimization for both AMRs. This system offers fleet traffic management, analytics, scheduling, and diagnostics, enabling efficient coordination of multiple robots in complex warehouse environments.

Visitors to Ati Motors’ booth #S3380 will have the opportunity to learn how these innovative AMRs can transform material handling processes, elevating productivity and cost-effectiveness to new heights. The Sherpa Lifter and Sherpa XT Lite represent the future of warehouse automation, offering unparalleled efficiency, flexibility, and reliability for manufacturing facilities and distribution centers.
