The RingDex — Made in the USA — is an affordable filling system, from Dispense Works, with a unique modular design that will greatly improve previous manual & tedious filling / capping operations. Unlike traditional filling systems, the RingDex allows quick changeovers for low to medium volume production. The indexing ring is removable and the work stations feature quick release tooling to accommodate different size bottles, vials, caps, tips, etc.
The system is pre-programmed allowing the user to type values into an intuitive graphical chart, and then name the file. Some of these parameters include:
- Fill volume
- Diving nozzle stroke
- Weight (to verify fill)
- Capping torque
- Tipping stroke
Hundreds of files may exist on the system which has a CF Memory Card. Production logging history files are one of the many advanced diagnostic features built into the control system. The system is network (LAN) connectable and requires no PC for operation.
The RingDex systems are available in several configurations including a bench top model. The machine and software are entirely designed and manufactured in our state of the art facility in McHenry, Illinois USA.
