See first-hand live demonstrations of the NEW CPO 350 AutoLoader a fully automatic sawing system guaranteed to save time, reduce scrap and eliminate costly mistakes. Scotchman has taken semi-automatic CPO 350 PKPD saw and added an auto loading system creating a fully automatic sawing system which can cut multiple lengths of tube (max 3” dia.). This saw comes standard with a Windows® based touch screen control, 5hp variable rpm speed motor, 315mm diameter blade, and the ability to run unlimited cut lists from 1/2” to 23’ lengths. Run a complete cut list or run of cut lists at 90° on an automatic cycle or switch to operate the saw in a semi-automatic cycle to miter cut. Quick set-up, automatic part length change, and fast reloading of material adds efficiency; plus, accurate cut lengths and is always within +/- 0.002 per dia. inch in squareness. These 50-ton ironworkers are American-made with five separate work-stations! Using 50 tons of hydraulic pressure they can punch a 1-1/4” hole in ½” plate and a 13/16″ hole in a 3/4″ plate. The 50514-EC has a single punch station and the 5014-ET offers a three-station revolving turret punch station, with many standard features and equipment including: an angle shear that will shear up to 4″ x 4″ x 3/8″ angle iron and a flat bar shear that can shear 3/4″ x 4″ to 1/4″ x 14″ plate. These machines also feature a rectangle notcher capable of notching up to 2-1/2″ x 3″ in 5/16″ material. With its unique component tool table design, it has the ability to accept numerous optional tooling & equipment, such as a 12″ press brake, rod shear, square tube shear, picket tool, pipe notcher, and of course special custom-made tooling.
Introducing the New Scotchman AL150 HS Notcher/Grinder
Scotchman’s new AL150 HS high-speed Abrasive Grinder/Notcher is a 2-in-1 machine which includes a grinding belt and pipe grinder. This new high-speed abrasive grinder creates perfect notches in seconds and is 40% faster than the original AL150, and is ideal for use on stainless, aluminum, and plastic.
With a belt speed of 150ft/second its benefits include faster grinding with less dust/particles, less color distortion due to heat, and a 2-3X longer belt life. The AL150 HS can grind any angle from 20® to 90® on square, rectangular, and round pipes with varying wall thicknesses.
