Scotchman Industries announced the introduction of its high precision Accu-Table. With measuring accuracy to .004” over 10’ this digital caliper measuring table provides repeatability to +.0015”. Accu-Table simplifies the quality control process of measuring overall part dimensions and is ideal for Fabrication shops, machine shops, and anyone needing to critically measure long parts.
Accu-Table easily makes critical quality control measurements of material up to 16-foot lengths. Using the measuring system’s Windows® Tablet PC, accurate inch or metric readings are calculated and stored for future reference. Also, the measuring information can be stored, then accessed again wirelessly over a network using Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or USB.
The Accu-Table has capabilities for creating custom measuring solutions including calculating Statistical Process Control (SPC) data, creating graphs, charts, and important production information. Models are available in 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16-foot lengths. USA manufactured, Scotchman Accu-Tables have a 1-year factory warranty and a 5-year belt warranty.
