No shortcuts were taken in engineering the new stronger and user-friendly hinge design that allows the operator to lubricate the door from grease zerks located on every hinge from the underside of the doorframe, thus eliminating the cumbersome process of removing the top rubber weatherseal. By making the hinges easier to grease, it ensures that your door life will be extended – no grease equals shorter door life. The wrap-around hinge brackets connect directly to the vertical double push tubes for added strength and while others in the industry weld their hinge pins, Schweiss offers a removable hinge pin.
