This unit is SIP and PoE compatible with four configurable AUX inputs and two configurable voltage-free contact outputs, and features a total of two 3/4″ NPT hubs for wiring.
The EPPH-230A-VOIP industrial explosion proof NEMA 4X-rated telephone is rated for use in Class I, Division 1, Groups B, C and D; Class II, Division 1, Groups F and G; and Class III, Division 1 hazardous locations. This phone can be configured using the phone’s settings using any compatible browser and an IP converter is not needed for operation. Connection directly to an SIP-based VoIP telephone system is available. Real-time alarm reporting for this unit is done through email or Syslog.
Larson Electronics’ explosion proof telephone features a main keypad that has 12 oversized buttons with receiver volume located on the bottom of the handset. This unit is made of sturdy copper-free non-sparking cast aluminum and an impact resistant carbon loaded ABS handset with a durable 6-inch PVC coiled cord. This unit is powered using an external 24V to 48V DC low-voltage power supply or PoE operation to power the united with an isolated, external power supply. Suitable applications include refineries, power generation facilities, commercial and industrial facilities, and more.
