ESAB Welding & Cutting Products introduces Warrior – a new multi-process power source and feeder designed for shipbuilding, rail car construction, mobile machinery construction, energy generation construction, pipe welding, general fabrication, and repair and maintenance. Designed for GMAW (MIG), FCAW (Flux-Cored), SMAW (Stick), and GTAW (TIG) welding, as well as ACAG (Arc Gouging), Warrior delivers up to 500 amps @ 60% duty cycle.

Designed with input from welders, Warrior carbon arc gouges with electrodes up to 3/8” diameter, welds .030 – 5/64 inch flux-cored and solid wires, and has a full range of SMAW (Stick) capabilities with excellent 7018 and 6010 performance.
Warrior delivers consistent, reliable performance. Warrior’s air tunnel design creates a “dirty” air side and a separate “clean” air side to ensure long-term reliability of critical electronics.
Warrior’s durable external body withstands the elements. Its’ IP23 rating is designed to endure harsh outdoor environments – up to 60 degree driving rain. Ergonomically designed handles are built to withstand mechanical hoisting, and double bend 14 gauge steel side panels protect Warrior against collisions and drops.
Warrior is easy to use. The user-friendly design places all controls on the front panel – including the power switch. The knobs are protected, and are designed for use when wearing welding gloves. Warrior’s simple and clear user interface makes it easy for anyone to get started welding within a few seconds.
Warrior is perfect for remote job sites. It is generator-compatible, and the sun-friendly display makes it easy to see your settings when welding outside.
In addition to the Warrior power source, the Warrior Feed 304 is an all-new rugged, user-friendly wire feeder. It features a high-torque 4-roll drive, which gives superior feed even with long GMAW (MIG) guns and better feedability than a 2-roll drive. This feeder includes all the controls you need to get the job done – including remote voltage, gas purge, inch wire, and wire feed speed (WFS), trigger lock, and slow run-in.
Warrior Feed 304’s sun-friendly display and wider viewing angles make it easy to read your settings outdoors, and the knobs are designed to be used while wearing welding gloves.
