This unit is designed to quickly and gently separate tangled materials that get entwined from settling due to shipping and handling. Simply drop your tangled materials into the input tube, and almost immediately your material will dispense from the output untangled and ready for production.
The D-Tangler 2000 — manufactured in the U.S. — features an exclusive Whisper Touch UHMW plastic impeller that is CAD designed to minimize distortion during the separating operation. Additionally, a variable speed motor allows for optimum setting of disk velocity for high production output.
These units are built in an electrical enclosure for operator safety and quiet operation. The top input tube is sized to prevent hands and fingers from touching the internal mechanism. Additionally, for loading, it can rotate 90 degrees to suit the operator’s personal preference ergonomically. Convenient carry handles allow for easy transport to and from work stations. It can be used as a stand-alone unit or integrated into your existing production line.
