Yu-Hsien Ho Promoted to Inside Sales and Marketing Manager for Cosen
The Board of Directors of Cosen Band Saws, a world-leading band saw manufacturer, are pleased to announce the promotion of Yu-Hsien Ho to the position of Inside Sales and Marketing Manager. Yu-Hsien has served 10 years with the Cosen Saws family and operations.
Yu-Hsien Ho joined Cosen Saws February 2008 as Sales and Marketing Specialist, creating processes and providing inside-sales support. As well as these duties, he created and executed marketing campaigns that created lead generation. Yu-Hsien’s efforts helped move the Cosen Saw brand awareness to be ranked as No. 1in sawing equipment brands reported by a national media firm for 2015, up from #10 in 2012.
Yu-Hsien established key print media partnerships that could provide holistic marketing programs resulting in an increase in overall quality sales leads by 238 percent. He was quickly promoted to Inventory Operations Manager while giving additional inside-sales support to the seven regional sales managers with over 150 distributors. Implementing a Global logistic program allowed for quicker delivery times and inventory management, while reducing shipping cost by 30 percent. Yu-Hsien promotion to Inside Sales and Marketing Manager includes the website redesign, strategic marketing programs with key media publications, and trade shows on a global scale.
