Take a day away from the shop to elevate your game: Attend AMTS 2018 in Dayton

The 2018 Advanced Manufacturing Technology Show (AMTS) will “Elevate Your Game” at the Dayton Convention Center October 17-18 in Dayton, OH. The event includes wall-to-wall exhibitors, the latest technology demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations for the manufacturing industry. Show passes are $10 at the door, however attendees can pre-register online to receive free admission.

Additional opportunities to connect with prospects and peers occur at Wednesday night’s Happy Hour Event, with craft beer and entertainment. Tickets are $10 each (or 6 for $50) and include food and a drink. Additional beverages and beer flights will be available for purchase. Buy tickets for Happy Hour online or at the show.

“Successful manufacturing operations use technology in a variety of ways – from tooling and robotics, to machines and systems, to monitoring software – and AMTS brings them all together in one event,” said Doug Conrad, AMTS Show Manager. “We’re seeing record attendance at manufacturing trade shows and events, and that’s an indicator the industry is very active and very competitive. We’re expecting the same type of energy in Dayton later this month. Successful shops know, sometimes you have to take a day or two away from the job in order to get ahead.”

About AMTS

AMTS provides opportunities to scout hundreds of leading-edge manufacturing suppliers in one spacious, accessible location, see demonstrations of the latest technology and attend educational events that provide solutions to manufacturing challenges. “The Education Track has topics that help shops manage current business and helps them expand into new markets or customer bases,” added Conrad. “The show has something for the whole shop. Top executives will be brought up to speed on the latest trends to incorporate into their company’s evolution. Purchasers can evaluate suppliers side by side, while engineers discover methods and techniques for better design and plant managers and operators check out the latest equipment technology and ways to make operations more efficient.”
Education topics include: “Manufacturing Skills,” “Quality,” “Robotics & Automation,” “Additive Manufacturing,” and “Manufacturing Software.”
