Steel Tube Inc. expansion offers increased production capacity and a new UV resistant galvanized steel tubing product line
UV and corrosion resistant mechanical and structural steel tubing demand is a driving factor of Statesville, NC steel tubing manufacturer, Steel Tube Inc’s decision to double their capacity to deliver high-quality steel tubing products to customers in the south east and mid-Atlantic regions of the United States.
Steel Tube will be installing a UV clear coating line for galvanized steel tubing as well as a CNC Sawing System that offers high speed ultra-precision cutting with brush deburring capability. This will add additional quality elements to Steel Tube’s existing finished product quality standards.
As part of the 32,000 square foot expansion, Steel Tube Inc. will be hiring up to 20 additional employees to meet increased production demands. The expansion also seeks to provide the production flexibility needed to meet aggressive production timelines.
Steel Tube Inc. is slated to begin production of UV resistant galvanized steel tubing in July of this year.
