Scotchman is thrilled excited to demonstrate our automatic upcut production saw with drill & tap and CNC options. The GAA-500- 90 DT20 CNC is the latest addition to our non-ferrous saw line and has more features and possibilities than ever before! The GAA-500 90 is a large capacity upcut automatic saw for cutting non-ferrous materials at 90°. This saw uses a shuttle feed design with an adjustable vertical and horizontal clamp system to fit almost any profile. This upcut saw is available with a Drill Tap (DT20) option & a CNC option giving it the ability to drill and tap holes up to 20mm, with a single spindle drill, or by adding a multi-spindle drill add multiple holes at one time. Make thousands of clips fast with Scotchman’s GAA-500- 90 DT20 CNC saw, a true production saw!
Our AngleMaster programmable measuring system coupled with our SUP 600 NF upcut saw creates a semi-automatic programmable sawing system that automatically rotates to any cut angle, pushes material into the saw & automatically rotates to the next desired angle. (It gives you a completely finished part.) Plus, you can store cut lists on its 17″ touch screen control. A MUST SEE for the aluminum extrusion market!
Scotchman Industries® is always thrilled to showcase our versatile and well-known 50-ton ironworker models, the 50514CM and our NEW and IMPROVED 5014ET, at Fabtech 2016. These 50-ton ironworkers are American-made with five separate work stations! They have 50 tons of pressure and can punch a 13/16″ hole in a 3/4″ plate. Standard Features include: angle shear, flat bar shear, rectangle notcher, & are backed by their Best-in- the-Business, 3-Year Warranty. The 50514CM has a single punch station and the NEW 5014EM offers a three-station revolving turret punch station. Other Scotchman ironworkers being demonstrated at this show will be their fully integrated FI85 model & a dual operator model, the DO95. Scotchman manufactures a full line of ironworkers ranging from 45 to 150 tons of pressure and are 100% American-made and built at their South Dakota factory. Scotchman Industries is also pleased to feature their American-made CPO 350 Circular Cold Saw, which features a double clamping and self-centering vise that provides burr-free, high quality, volume parts. This saw has 135° mitering ability and a miter-locking device that automatically stops at 45° left, 90º straight, and 45° right, giving it the ability to slot and notch. Additional machine features include a chip drawer, a double reduction gearbox, two-speed motor which utilizes up to a 14” diameter blade giving it a 4-7/8” OD round capacity. This machine is built with dependability and versatility in mind and always comes with an outstanding 3-Year Warranty!
