David Holmes of D G Holmes Engineering LTD. Trading as RANSOHOFF in the UK has announced his retirement at the end of 2020. David Holmes has been designing and building Cleaning machines for nearly fifty years and has represented Ransohoff and Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics in Europe for over twenty-three years. Barney Bosse, CEO Cleaning Technologies Group said “It is bittersweet when your long-tenured people decide it is time to retire. David Holmes has been with Ransohoff for decades leading our efforts in the UK and Europe. His dedication to the company has been outstanding, and David will be missed by his fellow co-workers and customers alike. We wish him all the best in retirement and many happy years with his family.”
We are pleased to announce, that in January 2021, Ransohoff UK will merge with Unitech Washing Systems, based in Brownhills, in the West Midlands, Colin Boocock who has also many years of involvement with CTG Group will be heading up sales and support on all metal parts cleaning projects with Unitech. The Unitech Group (www.unitechwashers.com) is a leader in washing machines and a whole range of equipment for the food manufacturing industries. In August 2020, Cleaning Technologies Group announced a partnership with Unitech Washing Systems Limited to distribute specialty washers to the United States for the food and beverage industry. The Unitech Washing Systems’ team has over 75 years of experience designing and manufacturing standard as well as bespoke machines with a broad and robust product line focused on equipment ranging from tray, pan and utensil washers, sanitizing tunnels, bulk container washers, and personal hygiene sanitization stations.
The Unitech Group will support Ransohoff’s and existing customers with sales of new equipment, parts, service, and chemistry for machines, some of which are still working well after thirty years’ service.
