National Switchgear (NSG) has launched a new online parts and equipment catalog. The catalog can be found on their website at nationalswitchgear.com/catalog/
The online catalog is part of an effort to make the process of sourcing parts and equipment more accessible to customers.
“With the introduction of the online catalog, we are providing a resource to our clients that will enable them to order material as needed, on their schedule … 24/7/365 … no longer having to wait to reach someone at the office,” says Vice President, Robert Koren. “Of course, our technical sales staff is always available to assist as needed.”
The online catalog requires customers register for a personal account, giving them the ability to create shopping carts, generate RFQ’s and even view their order history. “Customers will now have access to their order history, so reordering can be even easier than ever,” says Koren.
This is just the first step in a long term initiative of making things more user-friendly. Look for more announcements on future enhancements to the online catalog at NETA PowerTest 2014 in Denver, Colorado.
