Burr Oak Tool Breaks Ground for Assembly Facility in Sturgis, Michigan

Burr Oak Tool Inc. held a ground breaking ceremony for its new state-of-the-art assembly facility in Sturgis, Michigan on Tuesday, October 8, 2013. The multi-million dollar investment is expected to create approximately 50 new jobs immediately and many additional employment opportunities over the next two to five years.

The new facility will be located at Dresser Industrial Park in Sturgis, with expected completion in March 2014. The expansion is required to meet the growing worldwide demand for OAK designed machines, especially the new FP-1400 and FP-1000 fin lines and the Triumph hairpin bender.
