The American Punch Company announces that they can now ship stock oblong and square tooling the same day if ordered by 12:00 p.m. EST, regardless of keyways specified by the customer. Shipment on this tooling with keyways would have previously taken up to 48 hours. Keyways on tooling are used for positive location of shaped punches using coupling nut mountings.
American Punch Company also announces that they have increased the amount of oblong and square sizes that are considered to be stock tooling. Sixty-five additional sizes of oblong, and sixty additional sizes of square punches and dies have been added to the inventory of stock tooling. This development gives American Punch the largest inventory of stock tooling available for same day shipping.
