Stainless Steel Canopy Hoods are designed to collect and exhaust corrosive vapors, heat, steam, and odors when mounted over areas with water baths, hot plates or portable equipment. Canopies are available in wall or island models. Canopy hoods are fabricated of 16-gauge type 304 stainless steel with #4 satin finish which can be wall-mounted or suspended from the ceiling over island locations. Optional side and rear panels prevent cross drafts to further improve airflow and reduce turbulence.

U.L. has tested HEMCO HiPel composite fiberglass laminate for chemical & flame resistance and to NFPA 45 for plastics suitable to use in the laboratory.
