The ProMAX by Controlled Automation is an entry level unitized cutting system which offers the smallest footprint for plate cutting. What keeps this machine as the most impressive single-side drive plasma machine on the market is its incredible accuracy, Hypertherm True Hole capability and high definition plasma accuracy. This machine is produced as the heaviest single-side system on the market to last for years of heavy production. It is supplied in 6′ (1.8m) or 8′ (2.5m) widths and 12′ (3.6m) cutting lengths.

This industrial build single-side drive (SSD) system is designed beyond the common problems associated with standard SSD systems. With low center of gravity and a tucked idle-side it remains precise and rigid enough for true high definition tolerances. - High Definition Cutting
Precision parts are produced using Hypertherm’s True Hole process as standard on our HPRxd series machines for AISC approved bolted hole connections for structural steel fabricators.
SICAM Advanced Plate Nesting
Controlled Automation offers the cutting edge (no pun intended) in advanced shape nesting software and beyond. Our SICAM software is used throughout all Controlled Automation machinery for easy navigation between machines for the operator. We also allow seamless integration with a variety of communication tools unavailable on any other cutting machine in the world. Whether you need to tie into 3D drafting models such as Design Data SDS-2 and Tekla detailing software or communicate with inventory management software such as FabTrol and FabSuite, SICAM is on board as the standard nesting program to handle the cutting edge of production.
