Caeden’s engineering journey includes a diverse range of hands-on experiences. He began as a CNC operator intern at Upstaging Inc., followed by a role as a manufacturing engineering intern at Wise Plastics Technologies. After honing his skills, he joined Helios Gear Products as an applications engineering co-op intern, where he gained valuable experience and insight into the gear manufacturing industry.

Following his co-op internship, Caeden joined the team full-time as an Applications Engineer. In this role, he collaborates with innovative manufacturers to develop custom cutting tools and work-holding automation solutions, driving excellence and innovation in the industry.
