Dallas Industries, a leading manufacturer of press feeding equipment and controls for the stamping industry has announced that it has purchased controlling interest in Dixie Machine & Fabrication (Dixie Fab), Holly, MI
The acquisition provides Dallas Industries with enhanced equipment options for fabricating cabinets/weldments for its coil feed line systems. This move further enhances Dallas’ continuing integration of customer services. An integration that includes engineering, machining, assembly and now fabrication.
