New WD40.com Provides User-Friendly Experience Through Interactive Solution Explorer, Photo and Video Upload Tool, and Social Media Sharing Functionality

To continue its commitment of educating consumers and trade professionals on how WD-40® brand products help get the job done, WD-40 Company has launched a new, mobile-responsive website to showcase products that display the iconic blue and yellow shield.

A key element of the new WD40.com is the custom Solution Explorer, an interactive search tool by use category and product function that helps users find the right WD-40 brand product for their need, whefther that be at home, at work or at play. The Solution Explorer uses a library of photos and videos to show how to use WD-40 Multi-Use Product and WD-40 Specialist® products for various maintenance and repair projects.

To further engage site visitors, the new website includes a multimedia upload tool where anyone – from trade professionals to DIYers – can show how they use WD-40 brand products. They can also share tips easily through Facebook, Twitter and email.

As research found more than 40 percent of WD40.com visitors were on mobile and tablet devices last year, the new WD-40 brand website delivers the full desktop experience on mobile phones and tablets. Additionally, with a long-scrolling homepage and simple navigation, the website enables visitors to find answers, tips and information easier from wherever they may be.
