The Republic Lagun Studio Mill incorporates the Siemens 808D CNC Control and the machine is assembled, and tested in our Harbor City, CA facilities. This CNC mill is available with optional 4 & 5 axis capabilities.  Republic Lagun CNC machines are high precision, ruggedly constructed, easy to operate, and for over 30 years have a track record for dependability.

  • Up to 72 digital PLC inputs and 48 digital PLC outputs
  • 1 TTL direct spindle encoder
  • SINUMERIK 808D MCP via USB interface
  • SINAMICS V60 drive system for feed axes
  • SINAMICS G120 drive system or other spindle drives via ± 10 V analog output
  • PC via RS232C interface

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Power to the machine: 230 volts, ±5%, 60 hertz, balanced 3-phase.  The 3-phase shall be stable, free of high line surges, sags, spikes, and electrical noise.  Should power supply disturbances exceed above, we will quote the necessary means to supply continuously regulated incoming power to this machine.
