New REGO-FIX Facility Wins Wurster Construction an ABC Award

The Associated Builders and Contractors of Indiana/Kentucky (ABC) recently honored Wurster Construction at the Merit Shop Construction Awards Gala for its work on the new REGO-FIX Tool Corporation facility. Held at the Scottish Rite Cathedral in downtown Indianapolis on September 28th, the gala brought together ABC members, honorees and their clients to celebrate contractors who demonstrated excellence in safety, promotion of ABC and the use of member companies.

Wurster, REGO-FIXConstruction of the new REGO-FIX facility began following a groundbreaking ceremony on July 19, 2016, and the building was completed in time for a May 5th grand opening event. A representative from the Swiss Consulate, members of the media and officials from Boone County and Whitestown joined the company’s executives and employees for the occasion.

As seen in a time-lapse video of the construction, the new facility sits on a lot in AllPoints at Anson Boulevard shaped like company’s triangular logo. Occupying 20,000 square feet of space, the new facility has twice the room of its previous location, enabling a doubling of sales, distribution and support services. The additional space will allow the premier precision tooling solution provider for the manufacturing industry to respond even quicker to customers and offer them an expanded inventory as well as provide onsite machine tools for training, cutting demonstrations and application engineering services.

REGO-FIX Chairman of the Board and REGO-FIX Tool Corporation President Andreas S. Weber congratulated the company’s construction partner, stating, “Wurster Construction has thoroughly earned its recognition. Our new facility gives us the opportunity to grow our business and bring together the various components of our operations under one roof to better serve our customers.”
