AMT Announces 2025 Meetup Series With WiM and NTMA

AMT – The Association For Manufacturing Technology is excited to announce the return of its popular AMT Meetup series in 2025, featuring seven stops across the country and new partnerships with Women in Manufacturing (WiM) and the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA).

These casual, after-hours events are designed to provide industry professionals with opportunities to grow brand awareness, expand market share, and build social capital in key manufacturing regions. The series taps into three distinct yet complementary communities: AMT’s network of technology builders and distributors, NTMA’s deep bench of precision manufacturers and job shops, and WiM’s powerful community of women in manufacturing careers.

“This is what happens when the right people – and the right partners – show up,” said Bill Herman, AMT’s vice president of membership and sales. “These meetups prove that manufacturing isn’t just evolving, it’s more connected and more community-driven than ever.”

The 2025 program is made possible thanks to the support of leading sponsors, including Advanced Machine & Engineering, Edge Technologies, Epicor, Hennig, Mayfran International, Milltronics, Okuma America, Stratasys, Tata Technologies, and Vollmer of America Corp. This year, the series will stop in the following cities:

  • Charlotte, NC: May 7 at Queen Park Social
  • Chicago, IL: June 4 at Stonewood Ale House – Schaumburg
  • Cleveland, OH: June 18 at Saucy Brew Works – Orange
  • Detroit, MI: July 16 at Bar Louie – Livonia
  • Indianapolis, IN: July 30 at Bar Louie – Carmel
  • Los Angeles, CA: Aug. 20 at Geezers – Santa Fe Springs
  • St. Louis, MO: Sept. 24 at Schlafly Bottleworks

Each meetup will feature free food and drinks, and they are open to professionals working in and around the manufacturing technology sector. Registration is free, but space is limited.
